Payment Options: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
Sales Tax: Bambini Bliss charges applicable sales tax to merchandise shipped within the state of California.
Shipping and Delivery: Once orders are placed, they are usually filled the following business day. Exceptions are noted within the product details.
Returns/Exchanges: We stand behind our merchandise and believe you will be completely happy with your purchase. However, we will be glad to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days of receipt of items. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Personalized and holiday items are non-refundable. Shipping and handling fees on your original purchase are non-refundable, but will be applied to an order exchange. Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. If you prefer, we will be happy to issue a store credit in the form of a gift certificate.
Custom Orders: We try very hard to post accurate delivery times. Still, we are at the mercy of our suppliers' production and delivery schedules and cannot guarantee these delivery times. If you have any concerns, please contact us. Custom orders are considered a final purchase.
